_{i reread all the entries of the past
they make me cringe, they make me spit, they make me laugh
i wonder if there is a time to respond
to all the messages in my head that don't belong

do you like my poetry?
my broken, poor poetry?
are they even labeled the right things?
do you like my poetry?

a place where i can vent selfishly

i reread all the little messages we've had
i get nervous feeling a stalker on the loose
i don't know whether i can be a little bit
a little bit adjacent to your feelings

can you be straight-forward?
i am way too expectant
my towers rise and fall
where you really belong
where you really belong
at the very bottom

i reread all the entries of the past
no rhymes, no breaks, no mistakes
but many dissonance
i rather let myself be erased for my mistakes
don't repent, consequences seem to not wilt

do you like my poor singing?
i've never taken lessons
do you like my poor dancing?
i rather dance alone.
do you like my performance?
i love to perform!

do you like my bad acting?
i appear amorphous

my little angels fall onto my fingertips
the demons that reside are in a singing fit
my friends oblivious and just plain ignorant
my friends are all aware and i'm just ignorant
